DDLJ & Dil Toh Pagal Hai already made a mark in the minds of audience. This film made SRK sit on the top and girls drooling for the Badshah. Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was a trendsetter in itself and marked new definition of love for generation Y2K. SRK’s signature move became talk of the town. All this became possible because of outlook of the director Karan Johar and audience got a movie worth remembering.

Karan brought along all the big stars of the time together in this family drama. Hrithik who became the hunk of the bollywood in early 2000’s, Amitabh Bachchan who himself carries an aura and of course the King of romance Shah Rukh. This film had lot to offer for the movie lovers who love the genre and Shah Rukh Khan. This film showcased SRK in love going against his own family. It was a complete entertainer and a massive hit.

Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna

Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna was a coming of age film. It talked about relations in a such a light which was never tapped before. It showcased love crossing the limits, which is not yet a comfortable topic with Indian audience. This film showcased SRK in a different yet powerful role. A failed soccer player with failing marriage finds sollace in another married person. The film did fairly at box office and the risk paid well.

My Name is Khan

My Name is Khan

This film was a master piece with lots of elements to make you fall in love with it. It was a story of an autistic man who has lost his family because of his religion.  The efforts showcased truly makes way to your heart. SRK playing a very difficult role with ease & such brilliance is ought to make you his fan if you are not. Film was a very sensitive and emotional film. In fact it is one of my favourite. With this Karan Johar yet again proved that he can make wonderful movies.

All these movies prove that this collaboration is one of the best in bollywood. Its been 7 years since My Name is Khan released and the duo collaborated. I long for their another collaboration just to witness the magic on screen once again.
