Janhvi Kapoor has been the talk of the town after the successful run of her debut film Dhadak. In her recent interview, Janhvi Kapoor said that being a part of Karan Johar multi starrer Magnum Opus Movie Takht is an opportunity to celebrate. It’s a big achievement for her as she is a newcomer in the B-Town.

Dhadak is the debut film for Janhvi Kapoor and has already crossed 100 crores at the Box Office. Dhadak is th Hindi version of the Marathi super hit film Sairat. This is really a matter of pride. Janhvi Kapoor answered the media on the Thursday evening when she was enjoying the success party of Dhadak alongwith Director Shashank Khaitan, co-star Ishaan Khatter, sister Khushi Kapoor and producer Karan Johar. Talking about the success of her film and feeling on achieving such a huge feet she simply said that she is extremely happy and flattered

Janhvi Kapoor’s feeling on being part of ‘Takht’.

Janhvi Kapoor has been signed by Karan Johar for his upcoming film and Magnum Opus ‘Takht’. Talking abou her feeling on being a part of Takht she said that she’s speechless and she can’t explain how she’s feeling currently. It’s an out of the world feeling which cannot be expressed in words. She added that it is a huge deal for him and the news has still not sunk in her. She is grateful to Karan Johar for giving her such a huge opportunity.

Janhvi Kapoor hopes that she has been able to touch the hearts of the people with her work. She adds that looking to the staggering amount that the film has recieved is a proof of the love that the people have showered on them.

About Karan Johar’s Magnum Opus ‘’Takht’.

Takht as the name itself suggest is the battle for throne, the majestic and royal Mughal throne. The film will have all the elements of a family drama such as love, betrayal, power, greed, ambition and succession. It’s all about love and war. The period drama will showcase an ensemble of superstars such as Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Vicky Kaushal and Janhvi Kapoor. The dialogues are written by Sumit Roy and Hussain Haidary and is produced by Hiroo Johar. The film will be released in 2020.
