Kriti Sanon is currently feelings on the 9th cloud as she shares the workspace with Sanjay Dutt in an upcoming period drama – Panipat. Kriti Sanon really excited for her role in Panipat.

Kriti Sanon revealed that though most of her scenes are going to be with Arjun Kapoor, she is super excited for her role in Panipat as that would mean sharing the screen with The Sanjay Dutt. Though she did not reveal much about her role in Panipat her excitement of sharing the  work space with her role model actor Sanjay Dutt could be seen in her eyes.

About the upcoming period drama Panipat.

Panipat is the story about how the third war of Panipat started and what exactly lead to the same. Helmed by none other than the ace director and fame behind the period dramas Lagaan and Jodha Akbar, Ashutosh Gowariker , Kriti Sanon is particularly excited to work with him as well. Panipat will be produced by Ashutosh Gowariker’s Wife Shruti Gowariker under the banner AGPPL along with Vision World. The film is scheduled to release on 6th December 2019.

Kriti Sanon will be seen pairing with Arjun Kapoor even before she starts working with him on Ashutosh Gowariker’s upcoming next Panipat. Kriti Sanon and Arjun Kapoor will perform in a medley of their songs at the IIFA 2018. First her songs will be played and then Arjun Kapoor’s. It’s a medley with a story added to it wherein She will be seen doing nakhras and showing her latkas and jhatkas. She’ll be performing on songs such as Ik Vaari aa, Tukur tukur, main Tera Boyfriend.

Two seperate genres of audiences.

Kriti Sanon is a versatile actor and has for films of various genres. She has done masala movies such as Dilwale and also content driven film such as Bareilly Ki Barfi. According to her there are two different genres of movies and both of them have their own audiences. While the content driven films have a large audience as people have a story that lives with them, the industry also has audiences that love the typical Bollywood masala movie.
